Search ends, retrieval begins at collapsed Angeles City building

ANGELES CITY — After nearly two days of continuous searching through unstable rubble, operations at the collapsed nine-story building in Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga, will shift to retrieval efforts starting Tuesday, May 26.
