Security guarantees a 'sticking point' in Ukraine peace deal

Ukraine is facing extremely hard challenges ahead as it is under pressure from Washington to agree to the terms of a peace deal with Russia, FRANCE 24's Douglas Herbert said in an analysis. "The sticking point here are the so-called security guarantees," Herbert said, underlining the vague promises made towards Ukraine in case of another Russian invasion. "It's extremely unclear, what they really mean, who will be able to provide them and how," he added.
