CEBU CITY, Philippines โ Mounting complaints against two Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) councils here have pushed youth governance and accountability back into the spotlight, with city legislators now set to examine allegations ranging from unliquidated funds and dormant programs to repeated absences and possible neglect of duty.
