MANILA, Philippines โ Senate Minority Leader Sen. Vicente โTitoโ Sotto on Sunday refuted Sen. Imee Marcos’ claims about a plot to hold a constitutional assembly in a bid to block the presidential run of Vice President Sara Duterte in 2028. This comes a few days after minority Sen.
