MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm with international name “Hagupit” has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday evening and it was given the local name “Caloy,” the state weather bureau said. In an advisory, Pagasa said, “[At] 6:00 PM today, Tropical Storm [HAGUPIT] has entered the PAR.” Caloy is the third tropical cyclone to arrive in the country this year.
