Retiree Susan Ryan says the neighbourhood in western New Brunswick where she's lived for more than three decades is now punctuated with what she believes to be the hum of industrial fryers, the smell of potato chips and the sight of the Covered Bridge processing facility. A group of 17 residents, including Ryan, have filed legal claims against Covered Bridge alleging 'significant and ongoing disruption' to their lives.
