MANILA, Philippines — White Plains Avenue will be temporarily closed for the Trillion Peso March starting 6 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 30, the Quezon City government announced. “As preparation for the said event, a zipper lane will be implemented on the stretch of White Plains Avenue between Edsa and Katipunan Avenue starting 9 p.m. on Nov. 29 until 6 a.m. on Nov. 30,” the Quezon City government noted in an advisory on Friday.
