Zoom has introduced ZoomMate, a new AI-powered workplace assistant designed to help users find information, create content, and complete tasks across business applications from a single interface. Unlike traditional meeting assistants that focus on transcription and summaries, ZoomMate connects directly to workplace systems including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, and Zendesk. Users can search for information across meetings, chats, documents, support tickets, and customer records without switching between platforms.
